We conducted a comprehensive UX audit, indicating the lack of information architecture, messaging strategy, lack of product features explanation throughout their website, as well as a ambiguous touchpoints to connect with potential leads.
SOLUTIONS
Based on the legwork done by the initial research, we revamped their UI components in Figma, including typography, CTAs, illustrations, moulded their existing brand identity to their digital experience with the focus to create a more cohesive experience and to increase conversions. We redefined the information architecture, pushed the UVP to above-the-fold, reframed their message-market fit, as well as bringing clarity into potential touch points and showcased more product features from the get-go.
DATA CAPTURE PLATFORM
We also helped traicie designed an immersive Data Capture Platform as a research tool to help diversity and inclusion in modern workplace where. The platform contains several audiovisual questions to identify participants soft skills and competence. In exchange, participants will receive a personalized report in their inbox as an insight for their professional growth.
RESULTS
The site redesign, as part of the greater lead acquisition & nurturing effort, saw an increase of over 300% leads conversion within 2 months, where nearly half scheduled for product demo.
