OVERVIEW

Urban Sports Club is a Berlin-based, largest corporate wellness membership in 90+ European cities, enabling employees to workout whenever & wherever they want.

OBJECTIVES

USC and Zengrowth collaboration focused on increasing awareness, bringing more high-valued accounts within the B2B segment, as well as developing content strategy to attract qualified leads.

BLOG REDESIGN

In conjuction with USC latest rebranding, we worked closely with their marketing team in establishing and developing of their main B2B blog, WorkOUT Life Balance, last year.
To capture their brand vision that revolves around movement & flexibility, we developed a clean and concise UI components by introducing modular content blocks throughout their revamped blog - creating a seamless reading experiencing across all devices.

The new typeface, Aperçu Aktiv was also introduced by USC as their official marketing typeface. Compared to the previous, more generic & roundy Proxima Nova, Aperçu's taller x-height allows better versatility and distinctive between letter on smaller devices.

CONTENT DESIGN & PAID SOCIALS

As a part of the lead acquisition strategy, we also created a handful of gated contents which serve as litmus test / segmentation tool to filter our potential leads. We assisted their marketing team in paid ads and socials before and after the rebranding, incorporating simple, uplifting illustrations to create digestible infographics, data and stories. (Some of the works shown include previous and after visual rebranding)

We leveraged on the emotional aspect of USC brand messaging - that is to foster company culture and tackling the issues of both physical & mental health as a key to employee retention and better productivity. These gated contents were also intended to convert leads to sign up for USC live classes during the pandemic, which was arguably a highly sought solution to alleviate employees well-being during difficult times.

RESULTS

The results of paid ads and content marketing effort saw an increase of 700% in MQL, as well as 400% boost in revenue over 7 months.
